As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, California public benefit corporation, Foothill Learning Academy collaborates with independent instructors to offer high quality classes to home study students in El Dorado Hills and Placerville, California. Foothill Learning Academy is not a school or a charter school. Our classes are taught by qualified independent contractors, known as vendors, who are paid directly by the students' parent or charter school.
