First of all, don't stress. ALEKS has certain system requirements. Once you get these in place things will work. I promise.
Try the following.
Check your system. Do you have what you need installed to run ALEKS?

Do you have JAVA 6, update 30 or later installed?

Did you download the ALEKS plug-in?
